hahah thank you so much for reading!!! okay so the mcchicken that is in the US is what we call a junior chicken which is more of a 'value menu' item like a hamburger or mcdouble. while a Canadian mcchicken has a full on sesame seed bun, a bigger patty and is more akin to the Popeyes chicken sandwich although it doesn't have pickles on it. its bigger and crispier :)
